We build companies.
Some we run. Some we sell.
Research first, small teams, heavy technology.
#1 What we do
We start businesses ourselves and take them from first research to a working company, with no clock counting down to a sale. They are built to run lean, on systems rather than headcount, and to stand on their own: some we operate for the long term, some we sell to owners who can take them further.
#2 Where
Where money moves.
Where software does the work.
Where things are bought and sold.
Different markets. One way of building.
#3 How we think
- #1 Research
Research before conviction.
We read before we build: markets, numbers, precedent. Weeks of it before the first line of code.
- #2 Build
Fewer people, better tools.
Efficiency is a design decision, not a cost cut. Five people with the right systems outwork fifty without them, so we build the systems first.
- #3 Ship
The work is the marketing.
We would rather ship something well made than talk about it. Most of what we do is never announced.
- #4 Own
Built to be owned.
Whether we keep a company or sell it, it is built as if we would own it forever.
